Shipping

How much does shipping cost, and when will my order be shipped?

Please refer to the Shipping & Return page for information on shipping costs and delivery times.

Do you ship to my country?

PAST TENSE ships to most locations worldwide. We are not shipping to Russia.

How can I track my shipment?

International orders will be shipped with UPS services. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive the UPS tracking number by email.

For Swedish customers, the order is sent with DHL services to a pick-up point.

Will multiple orders be shipped together?

When multiple orders are placed within the same brief period and with the same shipping information, our warehouse team will try to send them together. If you wish to have your orders sent separately, please reach out to info@past-tense-studio.com right after placing your orders.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

PAST TENSE accepts payments with VISA, MasterCard and American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

We are also accepting Klarna for Austria, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Products

What if the style, color or product I want is not available?

The products and sizes displayed on our web store reflect what we currently have in stock. If you wish to receive further information regarding the style you are after, please reach out to info@past-tense-studio.com

How do I determine the right size for me?

You can find sizing charts with all measurements for our products on the product page. In the detail description, you will also find the fit of the product. If you need further information regarding size and fit, please reach out to info@past-tense-studio.com.

Where are your products made?

Almost all of our products are made in Italy, Portugal and Turkey. You can see the product's origin in the description on the product page.

My product has a defect.

In case of a product defect, please make a claim in our return management here. You will receive a response from our team as quick as possible.

Orders

Can I make changes to my order?

The processing of your order starts as soon as your order is placed, so there is a limited timeframe for us to cancel or amend it. Please note that during busy periods such as holidays, sales, and new releases, it may be difficult to change your order in time. If you would like to change your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible at info@past-tense-studio.com.

What if I did not receive my order confirmation?

As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered during checkout. If it is missing, please make sure you have provided the correct email address and check your email spam folder. If it is still missing, there might be a typo in the email address on your order. Please contact us at info@past-tense-studio.com, and we will sort it out for you.

When will I receive my order?

What if my tracking link does not work?

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for our couriers to update the tracking link. If your link is not updated after 24 hours, please reach out to info@past-tense-studio.com.

Returns

What is PAST TENSE´s return policy?

During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order.

How do I register my return?

Please register your return here.

Does PAST TENSE provide a return label for my order?

PAST TENSE is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Make sure to register the return with us so we can help you in avoiding return fees.

Complimentary return for Swedish customers.

How do i send my order back for a refund?

For customers outside of Sweden, you can simply post, or use a courier service to send the order back for a refund. Make sure to contact us prior to returning the goods so we can assist you and avoid you unnecessary fees.

Please clearly mark the goods as RETURN on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of goods. Goods not marked this way or declared at zero value may be subject to delays or import duties.

Can I return my order in PAST TENSE store?

At the moment we do not offer for customers to return online orders in stores.

Can I exchange items on my received order?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different size or item, a new order must be placed.

When will I receive my refund?

Please note returns can take up to 10 business days to process from arrival of your package to our warehouse. During busy periods this timeline can be longer.
